HOW TO MEASURE YOUR BRA and CUP SIZE
A properly fitting bra is not only comfortable, it's truly flattering. A perfect bra can lift, separate, accentuate, minimize or maximize — all you have to do is find the right size.
There are two important measurements you'll need to know to figure out your correct size — the Frame measurement, and the Cup measurement.
|
|
 |
Step 1. Frame measurement (Bra Size)
Measure in inches around your back and under your bust, making sure to hold the tape (preferably a paper one) firmly.
If your measurement is an even number, eg. 30", then add 4", 30" + 4" = 34". So 34" is your correct bra size for an USA/UK Size, or 12 for an Aust/NZ Size.
If your measurement is an odd number, eg. 31", then add 5", 31" + 5" = 36". So 36" is your correct bra size for an USA/UK Size, or 14 for an Aust/NZ Size.
Please check our straight forward bra size conversion chart below to find your perfect bra size:

Step 2. Cup measurement (Cup Size)
Make sure that the tape is around the fullest part of your bust, and is level. Technically, you should take this measurement while wearing a comfortable bra, though this is not mandatory. Compare this measurement with your bra size and then check against the chart below.
For example, if your bra size is 34", and your cup measurement is 35", then 35" - 34" = 1", your cup size is "A" (USA, UK, AUST and NZ share the same measurement for cup sizes up to DD).
