REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We take great pride in providing you with a quality and valued experience when shopping at Lingerie Wonder. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items with all tags attached and the original invoice within 10 days of receipt for an exchange, replacement or refund.
* All returned items should be sent via a prepaid and registered method to ensure a safe delivery. Exchange or refund can not be processed until items are received in good condition at Lingerie Wonder.
How to exchange/replace an item?
If you would like to replace, exchange size, colour or style, please include the original invoice that you have received with your package indicating your requirements, and include your credit card details for charge of re-delivery. All items for exchange must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and must be unworn. If items are out of stock or discontinued, we will email you and discuss any alternative options. How to refund an item?
